O INWESTYCJI
The project is being carried out by the developer company Inwestycje Empio Sp. with Polish capital, which has so far completed a residential project near Wrocław and in Poznań.
Our new project is designed and built in the very centre of Bydgoszcz at ul. Dworcowa 28, just a 10-minute walk from Mill Island and the Old Market Square, and only a few moments’ walk from the picturesque boulevards on the Brda River. The project will complement the tenement buildings along Dworcowa Street and bring a breath of fresh air to Bydgoszcz’s city centre. The contemporary architectural form of the building has been harmoniously integrated into the urban fabric created at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.
The project provides for the development of 138 flats and 3 retail and service units in a 6-storey building with a garage hall, coherently blending in with the neighbouring historic buildings. The units will vary in terms of square footage and layout. A large proportion of the flats will have proprietary terraces of up to 100 m2 belonging to the flat. Most units will have balconies and loggias. The project is also distinguished by the availability of two-storey flats with roof terraces or spacious flats located on Dworcowa Street. Storage units will be available in the garage hall and on the floors. Three staircases and fast silent lifts will provide access to the flats directly from the garage hall. The building will be equipped with monitoring and a room for a watchman, and each unit will be secured with an anti-burglary door.
The installation of a Smart home by Somfy system in the flats will allow residents to benefit from the latest smart home technology. Smart home devices can be used to remotely and manually control water valves, lighting, sockets and heating temperature.
Modern anti-smog filters installed at each window ventilator will protect the interiors from pollutants, allergens and insects, and efficient mechanical ventilation will ensure air supply and exchange all year round. In addition, each flat will have the option of installing air conditioning, roller blinds or window shades. The units will be equipped with fibre-optic cable for high-speed Internet connection.
The building will comply with the latest thermal insulation standards – triple-glazed windows, thermally insulated connectors for additional spaces to prevent heat loss from the interior, heating and hot water supplied from the KPEC district heating network.
The materials used for the building’s skeleton will provide very good acoustic protection against noise from outside, as well as providing noise insulation between the flats and floors. Photovoltaics will also be installed on the roof to provide electricity for the common areas. During the construction phase, it will be possible to choose to heat the flats via radiators or opt for underfloor heating.
Staircases, corridors and other common areas will be finished with durable and modern materials. In the garage hall there will be the possibility to install private chargers for electric cars. The positioning of the flats starting from the first floor will ensure that they receive very good sunlight despite the dense inner-city development.
The architecture reminiscent of Bydgoszcz’s Downtown, combined with the building’s great location and technical solutions, will create an ideal place to live.
Construction started in June 2024 and is underway.
